MAP Chart Creation support needed

Hi,

I tired to create map chart for sales data country/state/region wise, using reverse/ and forward geocoding plugin, but met with this error

Job failed: Error in Python process: At line 3: <class 'ModuleNotFoundError'>: No module named 'diskcache'

adding to the above, i have installed diskcache, but it did not help
