Problem loading my Profile from another Laptop, yes amazing
Hi,
I've recently starting using another laptop to work with dataiku, and when I connect to my account, all information is gonne? my certifications, and so on.
Can you please help me to get tyhem back ?
Operating system used: MacOS SONOMOA 14.6

I did notice I am being redirected to a different site when I click on "My Accademy Profile" (https://accounts.skilljar.com/accounts/profile/). Make sure you are using the same email account you used to do the courses. If still wrong your best bet might be to post in the Community Feedback area.

Explain exactly wehat you mean by "connect to my account". Is this connecting to Dataiku Cloud, Dataiku Community, Dataiku on-prem, Dataiku in your Mac Laptop? What certifications are you talking about? Is this Dataiku Academy ones? Or Achievements on a Dataiku environment? It's really hard to tell what exactly is your issue without further information.

Ok, i mean when i sign in into dataiku academy i don't see my certifications anymore, my profile is empty, but I got all certificate, trought basic to developer
