R notebook kernel restart

Every time I try to lunch a R notebook calculation (even a simple addition or library) I have the kernel restarting with the following error: "he kernel appears to have died. It will restart automatically."

I am running on mac and I installed the 2 r package and rpy2 and singledispatch

Any idea ?

First, make sure you followed the steps of http://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/installation/r.html (including after a DSS upgrade).

If it does not suffice, there might be more information in DATA_DIR/run/ipython.log
