snowflake connection is working fine from Dataiku , however fetching the table preview throws error

Failed to read data from table

Failed to read data from table, caused by: SnowflakeSQLException: JDBC driver internal error: exception creating result java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class net.snowflake.client.jdbc.internal.apache.arrow.memory.RootAllocator at net.snowflake.client.jdbc.SnowflakeResultSetSerializableV1.<init>(SnowflakeResultSetSerializableV1.java:368).

HTTP code: 500, type: com.dataiku.dip.exceptions.DataStoreIOException

    The issue was already resolved & opened a support case too..It was an issue at network level that was not allowing to preview the tables.
