Are you in the cloud or on premises? Dataiku operates by reading the file into memory and then performing actions you direct it to take. Thus, if your CSV is very large, it could be very memory intensive. If you are on prem, I imagine you could solve your performance issue by increasing memory. Something similar is probably true if you are in cloud.
If it's not a file size/memory issue, it could just be based on the complexity of the parameters you set in the recipes. Any additional info that you could provide?
