Can not execute SQL queries or jobs in a specific project

Hello,
I have troubles with one specific project in DSS: I can not start SQL jobs or notebooks in it, also we can not start any python jobs but jupyter notebooks are fine. Everything is doing fine in other projects. We restarted DSS and our server without any changes.
Any idea what may going wrong?

What is the error ?

In SQL notebooks, we have no errors just an endless rolling circle
When I attempt to start a SQL job I have "Failed committing changes" error, followed by this message "Failed to commit to Git a previously scheduled commit, caused by: CodedIOException: Unable to commit transaction, caused by: JGitInternalException: Exception caught during execution of add command, caused by: LockFailedException: Cannot lock /home/dataiku/dss_data/config/projects/SANDBOX/.git/index"
