Can you confirm the DSS version you are using?
Does restarting DSS help?
If you are using the launcher you can quit and restart the launcher to restart DSS.

Here are details from System info
DSS version : 12.2.0
OS : osx (13.5)
Java : Temurin (1.8.0_322)
Restarting DSS (and even my Mac) doesn't help.
