Disable helps from automatically popping up

There are a few green dots that automatically pop up when I suddenly hover my pointer to, and they are really annoying. Is there any way to disable it?

I think what you are describing are the Tooltips that appear in Data Science Studion (DSS).

To make the tooltips go away. Select the help menu in the upper right.  It is marked with a ? in a circle.  Change to Tooltip option to OFF.Image Showing: Selection of the Help menu marked with a question mark in the upper right side of the screen. And changing tooltips from ON to OFF.
