Help needed regarding Export Feature

I just set up the Export Feature but it doesn't work all the time.

1. To export model documents, the following error will occur for some models

2. I successfully exported the flow chart and dashboard to images (JEPG, PNG). However, exporting to PDF seems to have no response, I gave up after waiting for 6 minutes
