Disabling Platform Features by User

As an application admin for Dataiku, I want to disable ML functionality for non-admin users for my entire enterprise deployment, regardless of license type. I cannot do this now and need to do this for our entire deployment now, and in the future by user.

Any user able to run Python code recipes or Jupyter Notebooks will be able to do ML models. Without Python Dataiku is pretty much useless. So I fail to see what is your idea trying to achieve. If you don't want users doing ML in Dataiku then don't give them access to Dataiku or give them Explorer or Reader licenses.
