Hi,
- It is impossible to get the instance diagnostics (as in ) because DSS is not allowing any navigation in UI
- The issue is related to DSS cookies, I was able to login to DSS when open same URL from Incognito more or when removed all DSS cookies

To add some more clarification and context to our support process. If you are using Dataiku onprem, with proper permission you will be able to get the instance diagnostics necessary. The above documentation provided by my colleague (https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/troubleshooting/diagnosing.html#getting-an-instance-diagnosis) was based on this submission which was not marked as being from a usage on cloud :)
