This problem is occurring on the Datiaku platform. What can I do to solve it?

Are you trying to use Python to ingest data in json format? That is what I i am interpreting from the error you screenshotted above, but a full error log would give me more to go off of. If you are doing this, I imagine the error is being thrown because it is expecting json but getting something else / your json format is funky.
