Can't install DataikuDSS to Windows

I am encountering the attached error while attempting to install dataikuDSS (Win 10 pro), and as a result, I am unable to complete the installation. Do you happen to know how to resolve this issue?
Operating system used: Windows 10 pro

Does your PC got direct internet access or does it use a proxy?
