Support for deploying a set of projects via Project Deployer

Currently the Project Deployer supports deploying one project at a time. We have many use cases where we need to deploy multiple projects at the same time due to various reasons:
- Direct data dependancies (ie Shared datasets)
- Indirect data dependancies
- Plugin dependancies (projects that use the same plugin and need to be updated due to plugin change)
- Global library dependancies (projects that use the global and need to be updated due to plugin change)
- Logical grouping of projects as part of wider release
It will be great if the Project Deployer could support deploying a set of pre-defined projects. This will allow us to treat this set of projects as a single deployment and speed up a lot our deployments.

This is recorded indeed.
It would require some additional scoping work to see what is possible to group with a reasonnable level of consistency & transparency.
