Support for deploying a set of projects via Project Deployer

Currently the Project Deployer supports deploying one project at a time. We have many use cases where we need to deploy multiple projects at the same time due to various reasons:

1. Direct data dependancies (ie Shared datasets)
2. Indirect data dependancies
3. Plugin dependancies (projects that use the same plugin and need to be updated due to plugin change)
4. Global library dependancies (projects that use the global and need to be updated due to plugin change)
5. Logical grouping of projects as part of wider release

It will be great if the Project Deployer could support deploying a set of pre-defined projects. This will allow us to treat this set of projects as a single deployment and speed up a lot our deployments.

It would require some additional scoping work to see what is possible to group with a reasonnable level of consistency & transparency.
