Publish and Create New Dashboard not working?

Up to the Create visualizations and a dashboard stage of the Quick Start. When I hit the Publish button I see the following instead of what the example in the Quick Start shows. I'm thinking that hitting the CREATE NEW DASHBOARD button should have given something like the example screen with the opportunity to name the dashboard. It doesn't and when I hit blue Create button it doesn't either. Am I doing something wrong or is this some sort of bug?

Can you confirm the exact DSS version you are using?
I've not been able to reproduce the issue on DSS 14.x

Hi,
We've checked and reproduced the issue when there is no Dashboard in the project; by default, DSS creates a Dashboard in each project.
For now, you can create a Dashboard from the Dashboard page for now, and later, you should be able to add your insights to an existing dashboard. We will look to resolve this in a future release.
