We recently upgrade Dataiku to 13.3 version. we have Automation and Design node and when we are trying to run something on Automation node or deploy new bungle it responds with error : "User does not exist on node"
Operating system used: RHEL
Does the user trying to deploy the bundle exist in the Automation node? Make sure it's not disabled.
Thanks for response.
Yes, it is enabled but it has READER rights only on automation host on Design node it has more priviledge. The authentication is done via LDAP on both hosts
Checking deeply it seems that there are differences in roles and rights on both hosts and after upgrade these rights are changed somehow.
Could you confirm that groups and rights are not synced or enforced for example from Design node to Automation node
I doubt the permissions changed during the upgrade as this is something that does get not changed during upgrades. So it ounds to me that you do not have the correct user permissions to peform your deployment. And yes, the permissions between Design and Automation nodes are managed and configured separately.
