I see the above 'kernel starting' message when I open my jupyter notebook in the python code recipe, but the kernel isn't starting. After a while, I get the following error message:
I tried interrupting, restarting, reconnecting, changing kernel etc. but it doesn't solve the issue. I have opened other code recipes in the flow and sometimes the kernel starts and sometimes it doesn't.
It was all working fine until a few hours ago.
I'm using version 13.
What Python interpreter are you using? Why is yoru code environment called CPU-M-1-cpu-4Gb-Ram? Are you on MacOS?
