Dashboard Filter not updating

I have a project where analysis are run over a list of requested fields, all this analysis is saved on a single dataset that users can then filter the fields to see the results.

This filters aren't updating when I run multiple analysis, I have tried force-building the dataset and the 'refresh statistics & chart cache' step in scenarios. Nothing seems to work, getting frustrated with such a basic functionality failing
