Sort categorical variable in the desired order while plotting charts

Hi,

I am plotting a chart from my data. It's a vertical stacked bar chart, showing the trend of new customer starts for different categories of products across quarters. The products make up the legend, showing a different colored vertical bar stacked on top of each other. There are some sorting options like "Natural Order", "New Customer Stars descending order" etc, but we have a very particular way of sorting the different products in the stacked bar chart and I want to be able to replicate the exact same order in Dataiku. This order doesn't coincide with any of the options I am given by default.

Is there any way of ordering the stacked bars in the exact order I want? Any other recommendations to achieve the requirement I explained above would also be greatly appreciated.
