Hi,
I am currently doing the tutorial of reporting tools. The part where it says, " publish all the charts you've created" somehow all my charts come as sample. So, when I try to edit the dashboard tiles, I can't. Please help.
Hi Mehjabin,
Thanks for contacting us. I realize the documentation is outdated. The edit options are now in the left panel.
From your screenshot, I see you could publish the charts in the dashboard as described in the tutorial.
To edit a tile:
Sample does not mean you cannot edit a tile. In Dataiku, the sample warning indicates that the chart is built on a sample of your dataset. It's a reminder that the chart does not represent the whole dataset. By default, the sample includes the first 10,000 records of the dataset. This allows exploring your data very quickly, whatever the size of your dataset.
You can change the sampling method at any time. Just click the Sample label on any tile. This redirects you to the insight edit view (see attached screenshot).
Have a nice day,
Isabelle
Thank you so much. I got it now.
You're welcome!
