Input Variables from the project dashboard

The ability to add an element to the dashboard which allows us to set the value of the project variables, instead of having to go into the variables section of the project.

This would be a natural extension to the ability to add a run button to a dashboard, and could be facilitated through the scenarios feature.

It would make dashboards more conclusive and streamline the process of computing results
