Project Duplication Options

Where can I find a detailed explanation of the project duplication option? For example, what are project resources? In addition: my flow has an input folder with several csv files. I assumed that these files would be uploaded if I use the advanced option: "Uploaded Files", but that is not the case. I had to choose "Required Inputs" to see the csv files in the input folder. So I am interested in the difference between "Uploaded Files" and "Required Inputs". What makes an input "required"? What defines an "Uploaded file? My csv files were uploaded from my laptop. Thanks.
