Epic Story
As a Data Analyst / Citizen Data Scientist, I would like to be able to use my understanding of building Visual Prepare Recipes to build Scenario Steps. This would improve productivity and ease of learning when starting to learn how to build Scenarios.
Some Possible Features:
- Step Groups added to Scenario Building in the left-hand panel like in a Prepare Recipe
- Having a view of the flow in the righthand panel would be helpful. This would help select the steps and other objects to build.
- Having a Formula editor pop up at the top of the right panel when we are building variables.
- Having a robust variable picker that know the various contexts from where one can get variables. Also know what variables already exist, and help choose existing variables.
- Having the info icon on scenario steps (i) where notes can be left on each steps to say why the step is the way that it is.
- Clearer error messages when the "Shaker" scripting language is not able to create a variable.
