I have read through the documentation for Dataiku logs, macros, etc. and was wondering if there is a solid plan with guidelines already out there that someone could just follow regarding maintenance of projects by the owner as well as maintenance of the product on the server. The documentation is way to technical. I am looking for a This is what is recommended if your organization is less than 10 users for each user dashboard and for the whole of the Enterprise Datiku.

A guide tailored to each possible size of the team using DSS is not feasible when the operations to be done are largely the same. The size of the organisation and its degree of utilisation of DSS would only affect how often you would need to carry out maintenance operations.
The idea behind macros is that you can carry out this maintenance without burdening yourself with the associated technical details.
