    The notebook is likely still open somewhere and it's being refreshed causing the kernel to restart and the task to show up again.

    If you unload the respective notebook from the monitoring it will stay unloaded unless the notebook is refreshed. I've requested access to the diag to have a look and see if this is what is happening.
