Slowdown in running jobs and scenarios

Hello,

We have faced a slowdown in running jobs and scenarios sharply. For example, average runtime of the one of our active scenarios was 30 seconds, but we see that runtime went up to 4 minutes in last 2 days. We are searching the reasons for this slowdown, but couldn't reach a proper result. Do you have any idea about this kind of causalities come from, where should we search? Does internet connection stability affect that?

Depending on what the scenario is doing network slowness can affect the duration.

Degraded performance to cloud storage, SQL database could also be a factor.

I would suggest you raise a support ticket with a 30s scenario diagnostics and 4min scenario runs we may be able to provide additional insights

After raising a support ticket, the issue was found on a slowdown of access to cloud.
