How to add say empty rows or update values of the existing rows in dataset just to play around?

Hello
I have a dataset in Dataiku DSS. I just want to play around with it while doing EDA. That is, if there are empty rows or if I want to add empty rows or update row vaules to my chosen value etc. How can I do that in Dataiku?

,Have a look at the processors reference, especially those which are grouped under "Data cleansing" in the processor library of visual prepare recipes : https://doc.dataiku.com/dss/latest/preparation/processors/index.html
When using the visual recipes i'm a big fan of the "formula" processor as it gives some degree of freedom to combine actions etc.
