Hibernate exception when selecting license after installation (OS X Big Sur)

I am getting a hibernate exception after I install and get to step 2. I cannot get passed the license selection screen. I get an error using either option:

org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not insert: [com.dataiku.saas.dbmodel.DSSUser]

Looking through console and filtering on "DataScienceStudio" does not show any issues.

macOS Big Sur (11.2.3)
