Javascript is being cached

Hello,
I am developing a plugin with custom UI. However, the javascript source seems to be cached, i.e. the the javascript source does not seem to update even though I update the plugin using the Plugins menu in Admin Tools. the html files and json files seem to be updating.
How can I solve this issue?

If you run a full refresh (ctrl + shift + R or cmd + shift + r), does that work?

Unfortunately, it does not. It doesn't always happen. However, I do not know how it goes away. And this time, the javascript source has remained cached for almost a day already. I cleared my browser history as well.

We too are facing this exact issue. Anybody found the solution to this issue ?
