How to convert Date and take a minimum date value based on the milliseconds

Hi Team,
I have a date column in the database having the values like R-2020-03-04T09:23:43.234Z and I want to get the minimum date value of those values in the date column based on the milliseconds value. I AM USING AN IN DATABASE SQL Engine. Please let me know the possible working solutions there.
NOTE: I am using an in database SQL Engine.

,To understand better your case, are you trying to use a "Prepare Recipe" with a database SQL Engine? Or is other kind of recipe you are talking about?
And I'm not sure I understand what is the minimum you would like to get, could you provide a practical example?
