target dataset loading

how to control the dataset loading for SQL database :

1)only insert

2) drop the data every time and load

3) only update

I want help with the following scenarios.  

DSS- 10.0.3 and target database - Snowflake.

1) truncate and load the table every time flow builds

2) don't truncate, only insert every time flow builds
