code environment creation issue

Hi, 

I am trying to create new env using python 3.8. with following packages

flatten-json
flask
dash

i have also included one custom library which needs python >3.8

When I am trying to use environment to create dash app, I am getting error - 

AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'bool'.`np.bool` was a deprecated alias for the builtin `bool`. To avoid this error in existing code, use `bool` by itself. Doing this will not modify any behavior and is safe. I tried to include numpy < 1.24 in environment

I am geeting error ERROR: No matching distribution found for numpy<1.24

Hi @sj ,

Could please share the full list of requirements you are trying to install?
Also what requirements does your custom python package have? 

Have you tried using numpy==1.23
