When coding a hive or Python recipe, the coding area is a bit small to be comfortable.

Hitting F11 will make the coding area span the whole window. Note that
- this is distinct from making the browser fullscreen,
- for now this only works for recipes (not notebooks),
- you need to have the cursor inside the coding area for this to work.
