Using CSS in Variable Display tile of Application Designer

I was wondering if it is possible to add styles to the HTML box of Variable Display tile under Application Designer?

Hi @emadazad,

Thank you for the query about styling the "Variable display" HTML tile. It is not possible to add styling elements to the HTML elements within the HTML of the tile. If it would work for your use case and you want to apply your own styling, you may want to check if a webapp is an option for you.

Thank you for your response. That answers my question.

Webapp required a lot of time and effort, which wasn't an efficient option for our case. After all, we end up using " " to add spaces.

Why do you prevent styles work working in the variable display within the application designer? Is this a designer choice, or an intrinsic limitation of Dataiku? Thanks.

Styling is simply not set up for the application variable tiles.
