The number of objects being drawn is based on the cardinality of the columns you select for the grouping and the values. While you’re dataset only has 3,239 rows, the cardinality between the values in the rows could be much higher. When you attempt to use these values in the charts, DSS calculates the cardinality between them and will throw the error message if there are more than 10,000 points to plot.
Unfortunately, this limit cannot be changed. You could start with a new chart and not adjust any of the settings for the variables on the X/Y axis or the settings like animation or sub-charts and then make incremental changes to test the cardinality.
