Scenarios send message to Dataset

hi,

I've set up a scenario to build datasets and also run some checks, for eg if a file that I try to load into a db is not empty(record count has a min of 1).

If the step that runs this check fails(record count=0) I want to save the results in a dataset somewhere. 

I see that is possible with a step in the scenario - Send message  Type Send to Dataset, but I'm not able to configure it. For now  I can't use the type  mail or teams or otehrs.

Could you provide some guidance, please?

I haven't used the Send to dataset reporter personally but there was a post which might help you.

yes, I was able to write the messages to a dataset.
