Saving partial models from aborted Visual ML sessions

In some cases, a long-running visual ML process may yield useful results before it's complete. Is there some way to stop execution the hyperparameter search phase of a session early and use the model built so far? skip straight to saving a usable model? I might be training a model for five days, but notice on day one that I've reached a satisfactory level of optimization. Is there a way to stop the search early and still save the model?
