Can I rename the output dataset of a recipe?

Yes, but you have to watch out. If your dataset is for instance in a sql table, I suggest you to drop the table in settings and rename it also.

Output is stored to HDFS. Can't find the place where to rename it. Can you advise?

Hi, you can go to the dataset settings > Advanced > Danger zone > Rename

FYI dataset renaming is now natively (and safely!) supported 🙂

As of version 11.2, you can rename a dataset either by right clicking on the dataset, or clicking on the dataset, and then "rename" from actions tab of the flow right panel (see screenshot)
