I verified in the server with SQL plus i was able to connect successfully ; verified environment variables ; verified TNS names file

Hello,
Have you managed to investigate the issue with your Oracle database administrator? Which type of connection are you using? "Oracle" or "Other SQL databases" (through jdbc)
