Kernal error

I am getting kernal error, when I load the notebook

That's a too wide area to provide a general solution.

It can be caused by the packages installed in the code env, UIF misconfiguration, Spark config in the case of pyspark notebook, etc...

You can try to reproduce the issue and send us the last 30-50 lines of the ipython.log. If you are not able to share this info publicly, please open a support ticket so we can help you there.

Hi @RenukaRajendra 

Kernel error can be potentially related to many underlying issues. Can you please send a screenshot of the error and ipython.log (administration->maintenance->log files)?

sorry , I cannot send the screenshot , can you specify any general solution will be great for the error.
