Jupyter Notebook error in Dataiku

Hi,

while working on a Jupyter notebook to build a dataset, getting the attached error. Have tried reloading the notebook as well. Can it be due to Dataiku configuration.

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

"force reload" here is the button at the top right. If it didn't work, going to the notebook list and unloading the notebook, before re-opening it, should fix the issue.

then you should generate a diagnostic of the instance (in Administration > Maintenance > Diagnostic tool) and open a ticket on support.dataiku.com . You may need to use dl.dataiku.com to send the zip if it's too big
