"force reload" here is the button at the top right. If it didn't work, going to the notebook list and unloading the notebook, before re-opening it, should fix the issue.

then you should generate a diagnostic of the instance (in Administration > Maintenance > Diagnostic tool) and open a ticket on support.dataiku.com . You may need to use dl.dataiku.com to send the zip if it's too big
