Is there a way to tell if a project is containerized execution from Python?

Projects themselves are not containerized - components such as code recipes, notebooks, and visual ML within projects can be containerized. You can get a code env definition using DSS Python APIs which will tell you if it is containerized and you can use list_usages() to see where the code env is used.
