Is it possible to customize the order of the bars in a bar chart apart from sorting upon the values?

Is there a way to order the bars in the chart in a custom manner rather than ordering them based on the values in the chart or the natural ordering? If yes, how can we order them in a customized way? 

For example, In the image (refer to the attachment) I want to order the bars like D, B, A, E, and C from left to right.

Hi,

If you create a "Sort" column with the sort order as values, you can use that column as a Tooltip. This will give you the ability to sort by the values of the Sort column, ascending or descending.
