Is it possible to set up an API endpoint for external system to perform GET request for a List of users in dataiku? And roles of all users?
I have tried to build a test endpoint which only works internally, external api call is not able to get a connection

Yes this should work. What do you mean it is not liable to get a connection? Please post your code and error message.
