While Dataiku can do some ETL it's not really designed to be an ETL tool and build datawarehouses, star schemas, data marts, etc. You really should be focusing your efforts on machine learning and advanced analytics which is where Dataiku excels. If you company expects you to build start schemas in Dataiku something went really wrong. In any case the best for you will be to head to the Dataiku Academy and take the Core Designer courses. This is free training which will give you the basics on how to do things in Dataiku.
