Cannot Create New Project

Cannot Create New Project

Hi all,

I recently gained access to Dataiku via a license transfer from a former co-worker.

 

For some reason, I do not have the ability to create a new Project. The (+ New Project) button is missing altogether. I know for the fact that the user who previously had the license was able to create new projects. The administrator at my company is at a loss.

Is this some kind of permissioning or credentialing issue? I have attached a screenshot of what I see.

Hi @jmumma727 ,
Likely the your user/group does not have "Create projects" permissions.

If this is not it would be best for your DSS Admin create a support ticket.
