Can't install plugins from store

That probably means your DSS process doesn’t have access to the internet or you forgot to set the proxy if your company uses one. You can however download plugins manually from the each plugin webpage and then install them manually using the Add Plugin button on the same page you took the screen shot. 

I also wrote some Python code to fetch all plugins into a dataset (needs internet connection too) which can be Explored easily or even exported to Excel if you want to send to your users.
