Like how I can point to a single cell in Excel formula.
If yes, can I point to a single cell in another dataset?

Hi,
formulas in DSS operate on only one row of the data, so you can't access an arbitrary cell, nor can you access the data of another dataset. If you need cells from previous/next rows, consider using a Window recipe with the lead and lag aggregates, and if you need data from another dataset, you'll have to perform a join with that other dataset first.
